- ACCESSING TURNITIN
Modesto City Schools has configured the Turnitin LTI tool that allows full access to the entire feature set of Turnitin through Schoology. If you have previously installed the Turnitin Schoology App, please do not use it.
What is an LTI and Why is it Important?
Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) is a standard created by the IMS Global Learning Consortium. Its primary purpose is to connect Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Schoology with external service tools in a standard way across learning systems. This will likely be the same connection that will link future online textbook activities with our LMS, Schoology.
